I have been to your restaurant a few times now and I am excited to give feedback. The service has been consistently friendly and professional, the food is always amazing and there is a comfortable atmosphere. The prices are considerably cheap for the quality of food you provide and there is never any pressure from the staff to fix up the bill and leave. Cha Cha Moon will always be on the top of my list for meals for me and recommendations for others.

Since stumbling upon the restaurant just under a month ago my partner and I have been back 2 more times. We love it. We've tried multiple dishes (Taiwan beef noodles being one of our favourites) and each dish is uniquely superb. The servings are substantial and the price is perfect. The teas are just wonderful (we have only tried them cold so far). Overall the food is an absolute delight for our taste-buds! The staff are always friendly and the decor is a comfortable work of art. We will definitely keep coming back. I never like giving full marks but there's nothing to fault you on!

Hey, I really like your restaurant so much and I have suggested before, to open one in the City where tonnes of people will visit you for sure. Not only that, it is close proximity to many universities too. I am here to support 101%! There is a limited edition dish currently ongoing. It is simply AMAZING!

Food was fantastic visited the resturant on Carnaby Street, enjoyed every dish and the price was really good. We had to move table because of a not so nice smell coming from the toilets but despite that I look forward to visiting there again.

Excellent food but can't find your food breakdown by calorie on my apps section as I know this is great food and very good for you perhaps you could identify the calories per dish would make my life a lot easier. Will still visit and continue to guess otherwise

Having been to Busaba and Ping Pong for many years, I suppose curiosity and a tendency to follow inquisitiveness my led me to your lands. I was instantly rewarded. Your food is pukka and of a decent quality. There is enough variation and sharpness to your menu and as with most of the other comments here, you should really push hard for a few more locations (westfield). Also a bit more marketing and promotions would do you good. In terms of the food itself, super. I have noticed the prices dangerously creeping higher and higher; hope this doesn't equate to portions being smaller too?
