We've have been going to your branch at Whiteleys for a while and very dissapointed to see that it has closed down when we went last night.
It looks like Whiteleys is suffering since Westfield opened.
Any chance you might be opening a branch at Westfield or anywhere else in West London?
I live in W. London and it was easy to get to Whiteleys and parking in the evening was never an issue so getting to your branch in Ganton Street is going to be more difficult.
I would also like to add that the staff were always very nice, polite and knowledgeable. We will miss them too. The interior deco was fantastic too.
Please, please open branch in West London.

It was a real gem when the menu was at a £3.50 flat rate given the current economic climate. It was so relevant + easy on the pocket, which explains the huge queues when it first opened. But now it's like any other...too expensive.

I have visited your restaurants more than 20times within the last 4months and each time is like new food experience for me and will always be coming back for more. I am also in the restaurant business with 24 restaurants/cafee in Moscow, Russia and will like know if you will be ready to have a presence in Moscow(Franchise) or partnership .

Crispy noodles with Chicken is delicious. Duck was beautiful too, only critisism is the noodles that come with the duck, apparently that's a style of cooking them but they were stuck together and difficuilt to eat.. especially with chopsticks! Overall good food though, I will be back.

Please can you have more vegetarian options or at least be able to request dishes without meat. When I asked they wouldn't fulful my request.
